Company Profile

Our Company’s historic strengths have been in supporting individual’s tax compliance and planning, and small business tax compliance, planning and accounting needs. We have helped businesses with their QuickBooks questions for over 20 years, and have been in business in Orange, California since 1983 (30+ years).

Currently our client base includes over 400 individuals and 50 business entities of various types (S-Corporations, LLC’s, C-Corporations, and Partnerships). We have often been consulted at the formation of the businesses, and have presented accounting and tax seminars to over 1,500 individuals through a voluntary 20 year association with the Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) who present low cost seminars in association with the Small Business Administration for people planning to go into business.

We have also historically handled the trust and estate filing requirements for our individual clients or their family, but our primary practice has been focused on individual and business tax issues and compliance.
